Terms of use
These terms govern your use of the Workflow Kits website at workflowkits.ai, including the guides you can download from it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1 Who we are
"Workflow Kits", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Workflow Kits, the business that operates this website and builds bespoke agent kits for operators. You can reach us any time at hello@workflowkits.ai.
2 Using the site
You may read the site and download our guides for your own lawful, personal or business use. You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it, and no using it to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
The site is provided for information. Nothing on it is professional, legal, or financial advice, and downloading a guide does not create a client relationship until we agree one in writing.
3 The guides and the information you give us
Our guides are gated: to download one you fill in a short form. When you submit it we collect:
- Your first name and email address, which are required.
- Optional details about your work: your industry, your role, and your team size.
- Whether you ticked the newsletter box. Ticking it is optional. You get the guide either way; the box only controls whether you join our newsletter list.
We ask for this so we can send you the guide, understand who our guides are reaching, and, if you opted in, send you occasional updates.
4 How we handle that information
We use Resend, an email service provider, to store your contact details and to deliver email on our behalf. Your submission is stored in our Resend audience, and a copy of what you submitted is emailed to us so we can follow up. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone other than the service providers who help us run the site and our email.
We keep your details for as long as we have a reason to (for example, while you are on our newsletter list, or while we are in contact about working together), and no longer than we need them.
5 Your choices
You are in control of your information:
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
- Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@workflowkits.ai. We will action reasonable requests.
We aim to handle personal information responsibly and in line with South African data protection law (the Protection of Personal Information Act, or POPIA).
6 Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which pages are visited and how the site performs. It does not use analytics cookies to track you across other websites, and it does not build an advertising profile of you.
7 Our content
The site, the guides, and their text, design, and artwork are ours (or used with permission) and are protected by copyright. You may read and share our guides for non-commercial purposes with attribution, but you may not resell them or pass them off as your own.
8 No warranty and limits
The site and guides are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work to keep everything accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will always be correct, complete, or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or the guides.
9 Links to other sites
The site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information; their own terms and policies apply.
10 Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11 Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Questions about them, or about your information, go to hello@workflowkits.ai.
